Wow. Its me-Cynthia. and as I was looking over the message boards today-I am so overwhelmed with the goodness of God's blessings on this Father's day. Mother's day was a very emotional one, and this father's day is the 3rd Father's day since my dad Charles Hall went to be with the Lord. I don't know if many of you know this-but my dad passed from complications of diabetes as well. I called my sister Charlotte's husband to wish him a happy father's day, and I called my brother (the other Charles Hall) to wish him a happy father's day, and we both broke down crying-missing our parents so...and my brother said to me "God has blessed us with so much" In the midst of our missing so much-God has been so gracious to us. He is such a good and understanding, and wonderful God. I thank him for loving little ol me so. I thank him daily for blessing me. Lord thank you-I stand here today praying my Jabez prayer for all of the fathers and mothers on this day. "Oh that you would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that your hand would be with me, and that you would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!"- 1 CHRON 4:10 (NKJV)--Amen
